Seeking a strategic and performance-driven Paid Media Manager, this full-time remote position will lead paid acquisition strategy across four brands, managing approximately $3.4 million in annual paid media investment to drive revenue growth and optimize marketing efficiency. Key responsibilities Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition Lead optimization of paid media programs and make strategic investment decisions across campaigns and channels Conduct performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience in paid acquisition programs Expert-level experience managing Google Ads and successfully rebuilding underperforming accounts Deep expertise in full-funnel paid media strategy and campaign optimization Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues and translate data into strategic recommendations Experience with GA4, Shopify, and AI-enabled marketing tools
