Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active, valid LPN or LVN license in Arizona
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• CPR and First Aid certifications (current and valid)

• Comfortable providing 1:1 care and willing to ride the school bus as part of daily duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care and support to a student throughout the entire school day
• Accompany the student on the school bus to and from school, ensuring safety and health needs are met during transit
• Administer medications and monitor medical conditions as directed by healthcare plans
• Maintain accurate health records and document daily care
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families to coordinate care
• Respond promptly to any health emergencies or concerns
