Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus About the company We are partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed consumer products company. They have a clear growth plan to cross the $1B mark in the next few years. The company is expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions. Role focus The Accounting Manager will play a key role in shaping the finance function during this period of transformation. Reporting directly to the Assistant Corporate Controller, this individual will lead the close and consolidation process, manage multi-entity reporting (including foreign currency), and help standardize financial systems and processes across a growing portfolio of businesses. What you’ll do Lead the monthly close process across multiple business units and ERP systems Prepare consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) and quarterly lender reporting Partner with FP&A, plant finance, and operations on variance and performance analysis Review reconciliations and strengthen internal controls Support M&A integration efforts and future system implementations (SAP experience preferred) Recommend process improvements, leveraging automation and data tools to streamline reporting What we’re looking for Bachelor’s in Accounting required; CPA and/or MBA a plus 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or consumer products Strong US GAAP and consolidation experience (multi-entity, multi-currency) Background in both private and public company settings; preference for hands-on, mid-sized or PE-backed environments rather than only very large corporations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting where processes are being built and improved Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Manufacturing and Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
