Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities Recruit, source, and engage qualified healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and states. Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and client organizations. Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent. Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals and support client staffing needs. Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up. Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Qualifications Required 2+ years of recruiting experience. Experience managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Preferred Previous experience working in a healthcare setting or recruiting healthcare professionals. Knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, and hiring best practices. Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
