At Teriyaki Madness , our kitchen runs fast, focused, and organized. We’re looking for energetic, reliable kitchen staff who like staying busy, learning real kitchen skills, and taking pride in great food. Whether you’re new to BOH or ready to level up, we’ll train you and help you grow.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare food according to Teriyaki Madness recipes and food safety standards

• Work BOH stations including Point (order flow), Range (wok cooking), and Grill (grilled & fried proteins)

• Keep your station stocked, clean, and ready for service

• Wash dishes; clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces, and BOH floors

• Communicate clearly with teammates to keep orders accurate and moving

Pay & Perks

• $14–$18 per hour (including tips)

  • Base pay starts at $14/hour

  • Tips average an additional $2–$3/hour

  • Pay increases to $15/hour as you learn additional BOH stations
