Responsibilities Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modules Work with Child Support program SMEs to develop UAT scenarios and test cases based on business processes Execute UAT test cases, document results, and log defects Support defect triage, retesting, and validation of fixes Validate system functionality against Child Support policies, workflows, and federal requirements Support UAT readiness activities, daily status updates, and test cycle closeout Assist with UAT activities for statewide rollouts and post-go-live stabilization Mandatory Requirements Must have prior experience supporting UAT for Child Support Modernization implementations Must have hands-on experience with implementations and rollouts involving Protech’s Child Support Platform Must possess strong Child Support program knowledge , including policies, workflows, and case management operations Must comply with State policies and procedures.
