PORTER / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Looking for a flexible part-time job where you can work independently, stay active, and take pride in keeping a beautiful property looking its best?

Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking a 30-hour a week, full-time Porter / Maintenance Technician for The Lexus , a luxury condominium community in Portland's Pearl District. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on keeping the property clean, attractive, and well maintained, with the opportunity to assist with light maintenance and repairs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Keep common areas, grounds, walkways, and other shared spaces clean and presentable.
• Pick up litter, trash, pet waste, and other debris around the property.
• Empty trash and maintain waste areas as needed.
• Perform light groundskeeping and help maintain the overall appearance of the community.
• Complete routine cleaning and property upkeep tasks.
• Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs based on your skills and experience.
• Regularly walk and inspect the property and report maintenance, safety, or appearance concerns.
• Assist residents and building staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help make sure The Lexus consistently reflects the standards of a luxury condominium community.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Dependability and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to handle all aspects of property cleanup—including pet waste and trash.
• Basic maintenance or handyman skills are a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay active throughout your shift and perform the physical requirements of the position.
