We have an outstanding remote Contract position for a Call Center Agent to join a leading Company located in the El Segundo, CA surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficient
lyAssist customers with account inquiries, settlement-related questions, and general support nee
dsAccurately document customer interactions and case detai
lsNavigate multiple systems and applications simultaneous
lyMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive informati
onMeet productivity, quality, and service-level expectatio
nsFollow established workflows, scripts, and compliance procedur
esDemonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skil

lsBasic Hiring Criteria

: Previous call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferr
edMust have a minimum of one year of call center experien
ceStrong verbal and written communication skil
lsComfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environme
ntStrong computer navigation and multitasking abiliti
esAbility to type and document information accurate
lyProfessional demeanor with strong attention to deta
ilMust be able to articulate verbally clear
