Radiology - Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) - $2470 per week.

Shift: 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in all X-ray procedures and in surgery running C-arms is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: Former permanent employees of any Providence-affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: The workload is 17-20 exams per night. The technologist will be working with another person after 11 PM. The bulk of the work is in-house and in the ER, mostly portables. The patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatric and adolescent patients, adults, and geriatric patients. The unit uses Philips/PACS.

Shift & Scheduling: On-call is voluntary and appreciated but not required.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
