As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the President to set priorities, drive execution, and support strategic planning; leading and developing department leaders and direct reports, driving accountability and bench strength; overseeing and continuously improving company processes, procedures, systems, and tools; providing oversight of hiring, recruitment, performance management, and talent development; serving as the executive escalation point for complex customer and operational issues; overseeing and working with Office Operations, Marketing and Accounting to ensure alignment and accountability of the departments; overseeing the evaluation and implementation of company-wide and department-specific software; ensuring company documentation, training materials, and operational resources remain current; leading and prioritizing special projects and change initiatives; and championing company culture through visibility, leadership, and engagement.

Qualifications include senior operations or executive leadership experience, proven ability to lead leaders and drive accountability, strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, high level of professionalism and discretion, results-driven and adaptable in a growing organization, commitment to continuous improvement and leadership development, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
