Position Overview As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will provide best‑in‑class customer experiences and build relationships with BODY20 members and the community. Compensation Starting at $17.00 per hour, compensation includes base pay, commissions and performance bonuses. Build business relationships and partnerships. Work as a team player to grow the member base through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering superior customer service. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly. Passion for health and wellness. Willingness to work some nights, occasional weekends and holidays. High school diploma or GED, or related experience and/or training. Computer skills and ability to take 1‑2 BODY20 sessions per week. Strong follow‑up and organizational skills.
