Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) – Home CareProvide personalized, one-on-one care to residents in campus homes, assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship to support independence and well-being.Full-Time - CNA8am - 4pm with rotating weekends.8am - 8pm with rotating weekends.Must be willing to drive the members.PRN - All Shifts (6-10 Hour Shifts; detailed at the bottom of this post):The schedule will depend on your availability in addition to the company's.Must meet PRN requirements: work 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays monthly; work 8 total shifts monthly; must work either Thanksgiving OR Christmas and Christmas Eve or Black Friday.Pay:CNA PRN Pay range: $17.00 - $19.13 per hour depending on experience.CNA AIL and Full-time CNA range: $17.50 - $19.70 per hour depending on experience.Location: Charlotte, NCWhat We Offer:All of our Home Care assignments are located on our Independent Living campus. This can include pet care.Assist with transportation, transfers or ambulation as resident's condition warrants.Assist members with making appointments as requested.Provide reminders to take medication.Facilitate exercise programs and encourage member to participate in campus activities.Offer companionship for off campus excursions/appointments/shopping.Observe and report changes in behavior/appearance to the RN immediately.Performance of assigned tasks in emergency situations including fire, electrical and disasters.Provide a compliant calendar of availability to the scheduling department by the 15th of every month containing all required elements to maintain PRN status.Qualifications:Active North Carolina CNA certification or working towards one.First Aid/CPR Certified.One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.Experience in geriatrics preferred but not required.Need to have reliable transportation.Home Care PRN Shifts:1st Shift: 8:00am to 4:00pm2nd Shift: 4:00pm to 10:00pm3rd Shift: 10:00pm to 8:00amIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!Drug-free workplace.EEO & E-verify employer.
