How you'll make an impactAs Manager, you will be responsible for helping the strategic function execute in its duties ranging from strategic planning process, providing actionable market intelligence and overseeing alignment of corporate resources with strategic plansEssential Responsibilities Help create and maintain strategic initiatives and plans for GB and organizing reviews against these plansFormulate strategic communications to senior leadership and key external stakeholdersSupport development of corporate vision and strategiesProvide analytical support to the developing/reviewing/documenting and challenging of business and corporate strategies. Provide actionable market and competitive intelligence to inform the process, serving as a source of thought leadership and innovative ideas, and overseeing alignment of corporate resources with strategic plansMaintain up-to-date view of market conditions and competitive environmentPrepare for strategic offsite and other events with collateral that will help advance the company’s strategic agendaProvide analytical capacity for key initiativesRequiredExceptional quantitative problem solving skillsSuperb verbal and written communication skills3+ years’ experience with quantitative analysisBachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic credentialsProficient with Excel and PowerPointLess than 20% travelAbout YouRequired: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field; 2 years of relevant work experience in a business strategy or consulting role. Strong Excel skills (performing data analysis, reporting, and synthesis.)Strong PowerPoint skills (drafting and developing presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, analyses, and recommendations).Behaviors: Data-driven and analytical: passionate about diving into data and finding the "so-what?"
