Remote Life Insurance Sales Rep — Commission-Only, Training

AYS Group

AYS Group is seeking remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to join a fully remote team. This 1099 independent contractor role focuses on phone-based telesales, identifying client needs, and guiding applicants through the process. Training and mentorship are provided.

No insurance license is required to apply, but licensing is needed for sales in regulated states. Representatives work remotely, communicate with clients by phone, and earn commissions based on sales performance.
