Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and closeout. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking. Qualifications 8–15+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven experience managing large-scale ground‑up and renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management. Experience with subcontractor negotiation, contract administration, and project documentation. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with project management and construction software.
