Document care plans and patient progress comprehensively each shift. Communicate patient information for continuity and safe care via bedside shift reports, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding (AIDET). Maintain patient safety and participate in unit-based safety activities, including daily huddles and quality improvement efforts. Support evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor for new nurses when needed. Collaborate with nurses from other units and with the broader care team to promote safe, high-quality patient outcomes. Requirements Current New Hampshire RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge or course completed prior to orientation Graduate of an approved nursing program (preferred) Ability to work in a hospital setting and float to Med/Surg, Rehab, and Geriatric Psychiatry units; telemetry experience is a plus Benefits and Support Unpaid orientation up to 16 hours Travel assignment with guaranteed hours and defined duration Support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC throughout the assignment Opportunities to work across multiple units (Med/Surg, Rehab, Geriatric Psychiatry) as part of float coverage Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
