Position Overview Family Practice MD – Sherman Oaks, California, 91403. Responsibilities • Provide multi‑generational care in a community setting that promotes excellent support services, including dental care, mental health, and social work support.

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient and family practice medical care to patients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interaction with support services.
• Fulfill other clinical and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications Current medical license to practice in California. Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Current DEA license. Current CPR certification. Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families. Experience working with electronic medical records.
