Salary/Hourly Rate $22/hr Position Overview The Customer Experience Associate interacts with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate Provide information about products and services via phone, email, or in person. Enter orders, cancel accounts, and obtain complaint details. Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken. Check and resolve customer problems. Contact customers regarding inquiries or claim results. Determine charges, collect payments, and arrange billing. Complete contract forms and prepare change of address records. Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments. Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills. Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Associate Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle repetitive tasks and sit for extended periods. Experience in customer service or related field (6 months to 1 year is preferred). Proficiency with computers and data entry. Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions. Organizational and prioritization skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Associate Experience with contract documentation and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with billing and payment processes. Ability to recommend process improvements. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Education Requirements High school diploma is required.
