With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Assist in operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.Support production teams with material handling, assembly, and basic machine operation.Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Load and unload raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper storage and handling.Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.Accurately document production activities and report any issues or discrepancies.Perform routine cleaning and basic upkeep of equipment and work areas.Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Flexibility to work swing shift, including evenings and occasional weekends.Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.What We Offer:$17.00 per hour starting wage.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.The opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.At Legacy Talent Search, we are more than just a staffing agency.
