Marketing Specialist

Hours: We offer flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 25 hours per week required. About MMS Membership Marketing Services (MMS) partners with professional associations, nonprofits, and political action committees nationwide to grow membership, increase fundraising, and strengthen engagement through multi-channel marketing. Our in-house services include digital advertising, data strategy, direct mail, and call center operations. What You’ll Do: Phone & Member Support This rolewill start in the call center, making outbound calls to association members to renew their memberships or complete fundraising calls for the association’s PAC and/or Foundation. This experience will provide you with a strong understanding of our clients and the value they bring to their members. Support outbound and inbound phone campaigns as needed Help ensure accurate documentation and follow-up from member interactions Data Management & Quality Assurance High-quality data is the foundation of every successful marketing campaign. In this role, you'll help ensure our client information remains accurate and that campaigns are executed without errors. Prepare and validate data files for marketing campaigns Perform quality assurance checks on member data and campaign lists Review data transmissions to ensure files are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule Verify campaign outputs, reports, and call results for accuracyIdentify and resolve data inconsistencies before campaigns launch Maintain data integrity across multiple client projects Work with account managers to support client campaigns and timelines Learn how digital, phone, and direct mail work together in multi-channel strategies Assist with campaign setup tasks such as QA, link checks, and creative uploads We're Looking For Someone Who Is highly organized and detail-oriented Enjoys working with data and finding errors before they become problems Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Is comfortable learning new software and technology Enjoys both independent work and collaborating with a team Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work Is interested in marketing, communications, or nonprofit/professional association industries #J-18808-Ljbffr
