Business Development Representative (Part-Time, Onsite – Richardson, TX)
LocationRichardson, TX - In‑Office only (no remote option)
Compensation$20/hour + discretionary performance bonuses

What You’ll Do- Build targeted lists of accounts and contacts that match our ideal customer profile
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn + phone calls daily )
- Start and guide short, professional conversations to understand needs and determine fit
- Set qualified meetings for the senior sales team
- Track activity, notes, and next steps in our CRM
- Participate in coaching, call review, and skills practice to improve quickly
- Structured onboarding
- Weekly coaching and call review
- Clear goals and an improvement-focused environment
- Career development: this role can be a path into Account Executive, Customer Success, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations (based on performance and interest)
- You build a consistent outreach rhythm and keep clean CRM notes
- Your conversations get stronger week over week
- You reliably generate qualified meetings and learn how to improve conversion
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate (0–2 years of experience)
- Able to work in-office in Richardson, TX (required)
- Willing to spend a meaningful part of the day on the phone (daily calling required)
- Clear communicator who can learn talk tracks and apply coaching
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working toward goals
- Basic comfort with tools (email, calendar, spreadsheets/CRM)
