About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the clinical team at Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and support the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and care team

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with facility policy

• Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly

• Perform routine nursing procedures including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection

• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

• Reinforce resident and family education provided by the RN

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

• Support the interdisciplinary team in maintaining individualized care plans

• Promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong clinical observation and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
