Probate Trust Administration Family Law Paralegal

Job Overview We are looking to hire a paralegal to assist with the heavy workload of two attorneys in the areas of estate planning, probate, and family law. We are eager and willing to train, and are looking for a friendly, hardworking addition to our staff.
Responsibilities for Paralegal • Draft pleadings • Communicate directly with clients • Maintain files and deadlines • Managing and preparing discovery • Efile documents with the Court • Create Excel spreadsheets/schedules/exhibits
Qualifications for Paralegal • Some familiarity with legal documents and terminology (preferably in the areas of probate and/or family law) • Working knowledge of WordPerfect, Microsoft Excel • Strong writing skills • Systematic and able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines • Self-starter and ability to work independently • Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues • Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor
Pay commensurate with experience.
