Production Control Supervisor

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRODUCTION CONTROL SUPERVISOR IN BLOOMINGDALE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Control Supervisor to join our team in Bloomingdale, IL. This role will manage ERP transactions, close work orders, coordinate material transfers, and reconcile inventory to keep production running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in an ERP system throughout the day.


Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Day Shift, Monday - Thursday 5am to 4pm: $24/hour
• Night Shift, Monday - Thursday 5pm to 4am: $26/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Bloomingdale, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter production, labor, and material transactions into the ERP system
• Ensure production transactions are entered accurately and on time
• Close completed work orders and resolve count, lot, and scrap variances
• Reconcile line-side inventory after each work order
• Create and process material transfers and transfer orders
• Coordinate material staging with production teams and material handlers
• Confirm materials arrive where and when needed
• Communicate shortages, missed materials, and potential production issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and support efficient material flow

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
• Comfortable working in an ERP system throughout the day
• Experience with Acumatica or another ERP/MRP system preferred
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Manufacturing, inventory, or warehouse systems experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proactive communication skills and ability to identify issues early
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
