Field Sales Marketing Intern (Summer 2027)

Internship Opportunity

Duration: Paid Internship from May - August 2027.

Purpose and Scope

This position is responsible for learning about Beck's organization and implementing learned knowledge to assist in various field sales marketing activities. This position is responsible for assisting the Field Sales Marketing Coordinator(s) in the overall daily planning, directing, administration, organizing, scheduling, and implementing of the marketing support for the organization's field sales team. This position is authorized to take the steps necessary to ensure that its responsibilities are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Field Sales Marketing team.
• Aid with the development of field sales marketing plans, materials, execution, and implementation for the sales team.
• Survey, compile, and share information collected from a top dealer marketing activities survey.
• Build relationships with the field sales team and dealer network to develop and create marketing tools.
• Assist with the organization and preparation for dealer and sales team presentations, such as, but not limited to presenting to a group, answering questions, preparing content and PowerPoints, and organizing handout materials.
• Collaborate across the marketing team to create and execute field sales marketing strategies.
• Assist with day-to-day approvals within the Marketing Digital Storefront (DSF).
• Prepare materials for sales and dealer training.
• Develop ideas for the Marketing Digital Storefront (DSF).
• Create how-to videos and tutorial guides for sales team education for multiple marketing activities.
• Collaborate on duties, presentations, and organization of materials as they relate to field sales marketing meetings and projects.
• Organize and maintain all files associated with assigned responsibilities.
• Prioritize incoming tasks and requests from the field sales team and communicate those with the Field Sales Marketing Coordinators and to the marketing team.
• Gather testimonials from dealers and sales team members.
• Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and compelling marketing ideas.
• Perform other related duties as may be required by the Marketing Communications Manager and Field Sales Marketing Coordinators.
• Develop and complete an internship special project as approved by the Intern Program Manager, Field Sales Marketing Coordinator(s) and Marketing Communications Manager.
• Present findings and conclusions of special project to assigned Beck's staff.

Job Requirements

Education and training:

• Pursuing degree in area of Marketing Communications, Agriculture, or other related field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck's automobile insurance policy.

Technical knowledge:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess positive attitude and actions
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, work as a team member, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Project management, reporting research results, understanding the customer, process improvement, initiative, planning
• Basic computer and current software skills.

Physical demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted.
