Job Details: Pay: $30.05 - $35.35 Job Level: 3What Does A Sr. Field Service Technician Do At Swire Coca-Cola? As a Field Service Technician III, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper repair, maintenance and occasional installation of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the rapid response to equipment malfunctions while providing exceptional service. As a Technician III, your work focused more on fountain repair and/or perform repairs on coolers, vending machines, and payment systems. This position may require fountain install/removal and cold drink equipment install/removal in some territories. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth. ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to restore beverage fountains, coolers, and vending equipment to optimal functionalityDiagnose multiple types of complex equipment (e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, Coolers and Vending) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairsEnsure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctlyInstall, assemble, and configure beverage fountains/cold drink equipment and related equipment as neededDocument travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) using a handheld deviceCheck-in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) using a designated processMaintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value)Upon completion of the service call, clean and sanitize equipment and work areaMaintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicleProvide professional and courteous service while on-site, addressing client questions and concernsTravel to and from customer locations in assigned areaPerforms other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required1+ years previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field requiredMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid Driver's LicenseLift up 50lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80lbsAbility to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power toolsKnowledge of electrical systems and componentsMechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipmentAbility to work effectively in a team and follow established proceduresWilling to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environmentApply Now And Share A Coke With Swire!Due to the nature of our work and to help maintain a safe workplace for our employees and customers, after a candidate receives a conditional offer of employment, they will be required to complete pre-employment screening.
