Location: Columbus, OH (and surrounding areas) Pay: $175–$250 per day, based on experience Start Your Career in Bathroom Remodeling! Are you looking for an opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long‑term career? Ark Remodeling is looking for an Installer Helper (Apprentice) to join our growing team. We specialize in transforming bathrooms with high‑quality, low‑maintenance bath solutions. As part of our team, you'll receive hands‑on training and learn from experienced installers through our 1-year apprenticeship program , with the opportunity to advance into a Lead Installer role. What We Offer Hands‑on training and mentorship 1-year apprenticeship program Opportunity for career growth and advancement Learn valuable remodeling and installation skills Work with a professional, supportive team What You'll Do Assist with acrylic bath and shower installations Help prepare job sites and organize materials Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures Operate construction tools and power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Protect customers' homes and provide a professional customer experience Support Lead Installers during bathroom remodeling projects What We're Looking For Experience using construction tools and power tools is required A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the construction industry is preferred, ideally in bathroom remodeling, shower installations, residential remodeling, or similar hands‑on construction work This is an entry‑level apprentice position with plenty of room for growth, but applicants should be comfortable working with construction tools and have prior hands‑on construction experience Basic understanding of job site safety Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor throughout the day Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented Previous acrylic bath installation experience is not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
