CNC Machinist 3rd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Pay: $30+/hour DOE Shift: MondayFriday, 11:00Pm to 7:00AM M-F We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join a fast-paced Rapid Prototyping team supporting the Aerospace, Defense, and Semiconductor industries. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with a strong work ethic, stable work history, and solid references. What Youll Do Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision, tight-tolerance parts Work with 5-axis milling and turning machines to create complex components Support rapid prototyping and quick-turn projects Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to ensure quality standards Help improve processes for scalability and production efficiency Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Follow and promote strong safety practices What Were Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience (high-precision environment) Strong experience with: 5-Axis Milling Turning Centers (Twin Spindle preferred) Conventional machines (Bridgeport, etc.) Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Semiconductor industries preferred Ability to read prints, work independently, and maintain high quality under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable work history and strong references required Preferred (Nice to Have) EDM experience (Wire or Sinker) CNC programming/CAM experience Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards Why Apply?
