CNA or PCA Evening Shift

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA)We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) or Personal Care Aides (PCA's) to provide in-home care for a 77-year-old male client living with his wife in the Winston area. The client has dementia and Parkinson's disease and requires standby assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), as well as support with evening routines, including preparing for bed. Due to Parkinson's-related muscle stiffness, the caregiver must be comfortable using a Hoyer lift.Schedule:Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PMFriday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PMSaturday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PMSunday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PMResponsibilities:Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)Provide standby and mobility assistanceAssist with evening and bedtime routinesSafely operate a Hoyer lift as neededProvide companionship and ensure client safetyQualifications:CNA certification or PCA experience preferredExperience with dementia care requiredExperience using a Hoyer lift requiredReliable, patient, and compassionateAbility to follow care plans and communicate effectivelyBenefits:Consistent weekly scheduleSupportive work environmentCompensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
