Advancement Assistant

Job Overview Position Title: Advancement Assistant Job Category: Student Hourly Job Profile: Student Help If you are currently employed or enrolled as a student at any of the Universities of Wisconsin, log in to Workday to apply through the internal application process. The Advancement Assistant will perform a variety of tasks in the Advancement Office to support the UW‑Superior Alumni & Friends Foundation. Duties will vary and include assistance with several events during the year, which may include some evening and weekend hours. Key Responsibilities Assist with event registration and set up / take down. Data entry and maintenance in Raiser's Edge NXT, including adding new students and alumni updates. Basic bookkeeping tasks. Alumni archival research. General office tasks such as assisting with mailings. Qualifications Requires competency with Microsoft Office/365. Must handle highly confidential information with adherence to security guidelines. Compensation and Hours Starting pay is $10.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Flexible hours Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with occasional hours available during evenings and weekends. Employment Notice Employment will require a criminal background check.
