• Full time 1.0 FTE
• Salary Range: $315,880 - $315,880
• Sign on bonus - Up to $25,000
• Student Loan forgiveness - Up to $100K
• Located at 146 E. Geneva Sq., Lake Geneva, WI
• 36 clinic hours per week
• Dedicated Medical Assistant
• 1 Nurse Practitioner
• After hours nurse triage
• EPIC EMR
• Dax Co-pilot
• Urgent Care located onsite

  Training and/or experience required  

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
