Specialty Infusion Manager - Chronic / IVIG

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 base salary + bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package Job Summary Our client is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager focused on Chronic and IVIG therapies to support territory growth and referral development throughout the St. Louis market. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with physicians, clinics, specialists, and payors while collaborating closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patient care and service delivery. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, clinics, specialists, and payors Drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout the assigned territory Achieve territory growth goals related to referrals, revenue, profitability, and market share Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams Analyze territory performance and develop strategic growth initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of experience within home infusion, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare services preferred Chronic infusion and IVIG / SCIG experience strongly preferred Proven business development or healthcare sales experience required Ability to work independently and drive territory growth Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered About The Company Our client is a nationally recognized leader in home infusion services with a growing network of pharmacies and nursing locations supporting patients across more than 40 states.
