Responsible for running registers as well as working to maintain sales floor standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments. - Asks each customer for cash donations at POS. - Establishes or identifies prices of goods via the type of merchandise, identifying markings, or asking for help from an on-site leader. - Completes closing procedures, as necessary. - Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance. - Greets customers that enter in the store and thanks customers leaving the establishment. - Maintains sales floor by following floorwork and PPM (picture process map) standards. - Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned. - Utilizes systems, including phones and paging systems to make regularly scheduled announcements. - Maintains a clean and safe environment. - Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance. - Models Goodwill Core Values - Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation. - Performs other related duties, as assigned.
