We are looking for AM & PM Line Cooks with at least 3 years of experience in fine‑dining cooking and should enjoy working in a busy, high‑volume kitchen. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Consistency to maintain food presentation, food quality, food production, portion control, food cost waste management, food sanitation, audit controls & practices. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. Be proactive and take full responsibility for maintaining the temperature log chart, monitor all food temps and calibrate thermometers for the shift. Record keeping of the sanitation logbook and attend pre‑shift meetings. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef/Sous Chef and Food & Beverage Managers while maintaining open lines of communication and support for kitchen management. Consistency and quality, which adheres to any special dietary regulations. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Strong preparation knowledge and a‑la‑carté fine‑dining skills. Previously worked in a similar kitchen environment and maintain a clean and tidy work area. Good knowledge of sanitation and local health authority requirements. Food manager’s certification if possible or food handler’s card or equivalent. Must speak and read English proficiently. 3 or more years of culinary experience in the same or a similar position.
