Leasing Specialist: Boost Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Associate for The Colwick, a mid-rise, lease-up community with 234 units. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins. You will monitor market conditions, design marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi, follow policies on concessions, and drive occupancy through renewals and referrals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
