Qualifications:

• Board certification in Special Education.
• Experience supporting middle and/or high school students in a school setting.
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff, families, and service providers.
• Flexible, positive, and dedicated to enhancing student success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Develop, implement, and assess educational plans tailored for each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student achievement.
• Monitor students' progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
• Address behavioral and academic challenges with effective strategies and interventions.
