What You'll Do (a.k.a. Your Chicken Mission):

• Hand-batter, fry, and prep with precision no shortcuts, just the real deal
• Follow recipes and food safety procedures with integrity
• Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for action
• Work with speed, accuracy, and classic Southern grit
• Communicate with your team because in our kitchen, we win together
• Be coachable, dependable, and ready to grow with us

• You take pride in your work and love working with your hands
