International Trade Compliance Manager

Supporting the Director of International Trade Compliance, the full-time remote International Trade Compliance Manager will manage and implement the export/import compliance program, ensuring adherence to U.S. regulations and providing guidance on trade compliance matters. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with U.S. export/import laws and regulations, including ITAR and EAR Draft and investigate non-compliance matters, preparing voluntary disclosures as needed Conduct export compliance audits and prepare training materials for relevant employees Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience with ITAR and authorization management Familiarity with OCR's EASE global trade management software Ability to draft and update internal trade compliance policies and procedures
