The Role:

• Location: Windber, PA (onsite)
• Assignment duration: Start ASAP, approximately 91 days (travel assignment)
• Specialty/Unit: Radiology
• Shift Type: Days, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• # of Positions: 1
• Settings/Modalities: XR, CT, MR, Fluoro, US, NM
• Subspecialty Case Mix: ER, Fluoro, Nuclear Medicine, MSK, Neuro, Pediatrics, Mammography Diagnostic Procedures
• Light IR Procedures
• Biopsies: Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Bone, Renal (CT & US guided)
• Drainages: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess Drainages, Chest Tube, Cysts
• Other Procedures: Diagnostic lumbar puncture, myelogram, epidural procedures, arthrograms (knee, elbow, hip, ankle, shoulder)
• Daily Volume Expectations (per 8 hr shift): Volume 90-100; wRVUs 60-70
• Malpractice insurance must be included (provider coverage/tail available)
• Credentialing/submission requirements:
  • Board Certification - REQUIRED
  • Active PA (Pennsylvania) medical license - REQUIRED (willing to accept candidates who need to obtain state license)
  • DEA registration - REQUIRED
  • Self-query NPDB report required at time of presentation (pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
• Interview Required: No
