LPN - Day Shift with RN Growth & Flexible Scheduling

Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Full‑time, Day Shift in the Syracuse area. Office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional evenings until 7 PM. Rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM to Noon (3‑4 times per year). Location: 5100 West Taft Road Suite1D, Liverpool, NY13088. Job Responsibilities Therapeutic nursing interventions under the supervision of registered nurses, including daily care, tube feeds, dressing changes and more. Medication administration upon completion of medication courses. Documentation using the EPIC system. Collaborative team approach with interdisciplinary team members (registered nurses, medical social work, care managers, nutrition, rehab services, spiritual care, pharmacy). Ensure quality nursing care in accordance with the New York Nurse Practice Act, National Standards of Practice, and internal standards. Utilize the nursing process in the provision of direct care to patients and families. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nursing and currently licensed in the State of New York. Current BLS/CPR certification. Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently, occasionally up to 50 pounds; able to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, squat and reach. Compensation Pay range: $25.50 – $35.10 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Location may affect the exact rate.
