Lead Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities Lead daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances and liquidity across multiple accounts and entities Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts Analyze cash positions and recommend funding, investment, and borrowing strategies Manage banking relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for banking partners Oversee treasury operations, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and account maintenance Monitor debt activity, covenant compliance, and related reporting requirements Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to cash and treasury activities Prepare treasury reports, KPIs, and presentations for senior leadership Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Executive Leadership on cash planning and strategic initiatives Assist with treasury projects, system implementations, and process automation efforts Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5+ years of treasury, cash management, finance, or corporate accounting experience Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury operations Experience managing banking platforms and relationships Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis Excellent communication and business partnering skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience with ERP systems and treasury management systems preferred Preferred Experience Multi-entity or multi-location organizations Treasury reporting and cash forecasting Debt compliance and lender reporting Banking relationship management Process improvement and automation initiatives Leadership or mentoring experience Why You'll Love This Opportunity Highly visible role with exposure to executive leadership Collaborative, team-first culture with leaders who value employee input Opportunity to drive process improvements and make a measurable impact Modern office in the heart of Downtown Austin Stable organization with strong growth plans Competitive compensation package, bonus potential, and excellent benefits If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can combine analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership while working with a great team, apply today through LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Accounting Principals) . #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
