BrightStar Care - - Responsibilities: Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements; Providing care according to the patients plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping; Work with Alzheimer's and dementia patients and provide compassionate and committed care; Ensure confidentiality and security of the clients medical information
