Benefits Include: * $10,000 Sign-On Bonus * Blue Cross Blue Shield medical and dental insurance options * Company-sponsored retirement plan, with additional voluntary retirement plan options * Life insurance and long-term disability insurance are paid for by Lighthouse * Professional License renewals paid for by Lighthouse * Flexible Spending Account option * Tuition Reimbursement * Abundant training and integration opportunities Job Description/Requirements: * Working in collaboration with our therapists, special education teachers, and instructional aides, the Speech/Language Pathologist is responsible for delivering comprehensive speech and language services, including assessments, to students with a broad range of disabilities. * Applicant must be positive, energetic, flexible, and a team player who can complement Lighthouse's remarkable culture and strong Allied Services team. * Having patience, solid communication skills and a good sense of humor are also highly recommended to be successful in this role. * Candidates with a Master's degree, MA DESE licensure, and at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred, although new graduates ready for their CFY are also encouraged to apply. * This is a full-time, 10-month (school year) position.
