Lead Fabric Architect
Looking for a senior, hands-on Fabric architect to work onsite with leadership to guide adoption of Microsoft Fabric and evolution of their data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with client leadership to shape and guide Fabric adoption
- Assess current data landscape (Data Studio, Databricks, Azure) and define practical path forward
- Help connect data to AI use cases (enable access to data for AI teams)
- Provide clear direction on what Fabric can support today vs roadmap
- Engage directly with Microsoft teams and drive accountability on deliverables and timelines
- Contribute to modernization of Data Studio architecture (modular, extensible, Fabric-aware)
Required Experience
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Strong background in enterprise data architecture (Azure ecosystem)
- Experience working across Fabric and Databricks environments
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments with limited upfront definition
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders / leadership teams

- Able to challenge vendors (Microsoft) and push conversations forward
- Strong communicator between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Comfortable working onsite, high-touch, collaborative environment
