Vice President, Principal Solutions Architect, GenAI (Jersey City)

Manage the architecture and roadmap for multiple large and mid‑size business applications, ensuring alignment with AIG’s GenAI strategy and enterprise standards. Lead development of technical and functional solution architectures across cloud, security, risk, compliance, integration, DevOps and automation, supporting AI/ML integration and business transformation. Guide adoption of architecture standards, influence engineering teams and senior leadership, and oversee end‑to‑end execution of initiatives to maximize business value of AI‑driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design and road‑mapping of large‑scale applications and functional solutions. Oversee functional, logical and physical architecture across geographies and program sizes. Collaborate with stakeholders to adopt AI/ML and cloud‑native technologies while aligning with EA/ITIL frameworks and ethical AI standards. Manage hybrid environments, integrating on‑prem and AWS infrastructures, and architect secure, scalable solutions using SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, Open Data, DevSecOps and data pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering or related field. Five (5) years of experience leading architecture, design and road‑mapping of enterprise‑scale business applications, with a strong focus on secure architecture and AI integration in Agile and lean environments.
