5+ Years of construction site safety experience Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to enforce safety standards on active construction sites Experience supporting field teams and subcontractors Ability to travel to new job sites with a highly mobile team Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with heavy civil, marine, or industrial construction Experience working for a general contractor Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Site Safety and Health Officer to conduct daily site safety inspections, lead toolbox talks and safety briefings, ensure OSHA 1926 and EM 385 compliance, investigate incidents and near misses, maintain safety documentation, enforce PPE and safety protocols, coordinate with project managers and superintendents, and support subcontractor safety compliance. This candidate will provides on site safety leadership and ensures adherence to MEB’s safety program. This position will be located at the Whiteman Air Force Base near Johnson county, Montana.
