Role Overview: We are seeking an Assembler who can effectively follow both verbal and written directions under supervision. The ideal candidate will show a strong desire to master assembly techniques and procedures while consistently pursuing opportunities for process improvement. Core Duties: Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Construct components for panels and enclosures by strictly adhering to established standards to ensure flawless results. Install wiring on components according to set guidelines to achieve perfect, error-free production. Perform minor adjustments to metal enclosures and panels, such as drilling, tapping, and cutting. Keep your designated workspace organized and tidy. Requirements: Completion of high school or a GED. A proactive attitude toward learning new product lines. Proficiency in operating standard power and hand tools. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Preferred Attributes: Background in wiring, manufacturing, or assembly environments. Practical experience with panel wiring and assembly. High level of precision and attention to detail. Pay and Benefits Information: Base pay for this role is $18.30 per hour. Non-exempt staff receive overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly rate for any time worked over 40 hours weekly, or as mandated by local or state regulations. Final compensation is based on your specific experience, education, and skill set. Full-time team members may choose from various benefit options, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings accounts, 10 days of paid time off, 3 days of bereavement leave, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending accounts, and supplemental insurance for accidents, critical illness, or hospital stays. Reimbursement for work-related travel and accommodations is provided, alongside potential discretionary performance bonuses.
