Production Supervisor

General Description:
The role of Production Operations Supervisor is essential in ensuring that our production operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering quality products on time by following standard manufacturing procedures. The Production Operations Team Lead will act as a knowledge resource for other team members to resolve production problems and answers questions about processes, methods, or equipment. Reviews daily assembly production records, monitors, and analyzes metrics to coordinate materials and resources for daily operations. Provides support for managing production operations to ensure that volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are achieved.

Essential Functions:
• Supervises all aspects of the organization's logistics management function to deliver and distribute products and materials to the destination, to include:
o Responsible for daily workflow, standard and non-standard job creation and allocation in the ERP system.
o Maintains due dates and advise any issues to Manager/Customer Operations.
o Manages, leads and coordinates with the configuration team to ensure all goods are configured (including correctly loading software/firmware; issuing of licenses) according to requirements and adequate procedures, prior to shipping.
o Daily configuration of orders as per instructions.
o Ensure all transactions are properly completed in the ERP system, especially before end of month.
• Ensures that RMA repairs and advanced replacement are handled within the allotted timeframe.
• Assures compliance with all company procedures to ensure quality.
• Configuration and maintenance of production benches and production area.
o Ensures that each station is orderly and properly equipped.
o Reviews / updates files and USB flash drives whenever new releases are available
. • Formation / Training of configuration team on tools, products and procedures.
• Continuous improvement of all processes encountered in the day-to-day activities.
o BOM deployment; job management, Product configuration, Wiki improvements...
• Identifying and anticipating any production issues.
• Utilizes analytics to monitor and measure performance.
• Assist in shipping/receiving activities as needed.
• Other duties from time to time may be required in relation to the configuration and logistics of products.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $80,000.00
