Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $250 to $250 hourly and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan. You will also receive a monthly medical director stipend of $5,000 and quarterly quality incentive bonus. This role is 1099 independent contractor. Interested in learning more? Apply today! The area is home to saltwater beaches, rolling hills, dense forests and alpine wilderness in the mountainous east. Arlington is in close proximity to four state parks, including Olympic National Park. Whale watching, hiking, camping, boating, skiing, snowboarding and much more are all in your backyard, plus enjoy a short commute to Seattle, where metropolitan amenities in one of the nation's most popular cities await! Facility Description Cascade Valley Hospital opened in 1901 to serve the greater Arlington community. The hospital underwent a significant renovation and expansion in 2010 and is now licensed for 48 beds. Patients are served by highly trained clinical nursing teams and board-certified hospitalists. Cascade Valley Hospital provides a multidisciplinary approach, with clinical specialists and support services available to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to every patient. Cascade Valley Hospital provides acute care, critical care, general surgery, a level IV Emergency Department and a Family Birth Center. The facility also offers a number of support services such as an in-house laboratory, rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging and more. Job Benefits - 1099 independent contractor employment

- 29 total hospital beds

- 37 hours per day physician coverage with 9-hour shifts
- Medium acuity environment with a strong support structure
