Location 11026 International Drive Orlando, FL Qualifications 3-5 years in management positions (preferably restaurant experience, including full service or fast food) Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude Effectively able to train and lead all team members Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Position Responsibilities Culture Creator: work directly with the Assistant Managers to build a culture of excellence. Must Love Team Building: Continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all team members; hands on involvement with hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, and evaluating performance. Eager Learner: constantly seek to improve personal and team skills. Focused on product quality and Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, making food to spec, ensuring proper food safety service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Cost Controller: Set pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminate waste/pilferage. This is a full-time position; requires 50 hours per week and may require more hours during peak seasons.
